    Your installation part of the business is spot on, Dermot is a credit to your company. Now for the bad part the sales side of the company really need to up there game or should I say certain members of your team do. The next time somebody buys anything off you at the very least they should explain the procedure of what happens next after they have paid. 1. At no time did anybody tell me to expect a surveyor to call asking for a appointment to check on if the burner could be fitted. (i would of thought this should of been done before any money had been exchanged for a burner if it was going to be installed by you) 2. When giving a refund or being told a partial refund will be given due to having to change the burner because of no stock you should carry out the said refund and not have the customer chasing it. (again because your sales team never passed the information on) 3. The payment details should be explained to the customer about the installation so they have time to organise getting the money from the bank. That is unless they want the 2.5% charge for paying on there debit card that you charge (so I was informed). I was told on the Friday morning whilst in work and had to get to the bank to sort the money out ready for Tuesday. Very inconvenient... There have been more things I could list but I think you get the point. On the whole could I say I would use your company again, probably not and this is down to the sales person not knowing enough about his job and having a complete lack of experience. I would definitely use the installation company again and recommend him. Like I said at the beginning he is a credit to your company. Shane Lloyd
